the studio experience

We provide a safe space for business owners to organize their marketing by bringing their ideas, tasks, and questions so we can create a plan that feels aligned to their daily life, prioritize what matters to them, and confidently test and implement new ideas.

A white round table with a closed Apple laptop, a smartphone, a camera with a strap, a selfie stick, a magazine with candles and a flower on top of it.

A marketing studio focused on planning, organizing, and guiding intentional growth for growing businesses in Massachusetts & New Hampshire.

A bright, minimalist room with white walls and wooden flooring, featuring a round wooden table with a teapot and a book, a wooden chair, and large potted plants, illuminated by a modern arched floor lamp.

Welcome to a marketing studio designed for creative ideas and introspective thinking. With a focus on personal growth and business alignment, we approach marketing with intention by taking a step back to ensure every decision reflects you, your business, and what you’re working toward right now.

A Note From Elisa

OWNER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Elisa Russo, owner of Aligned Marketing Studio, smiling in a calm, minimal workspace, representing intentional and organized marketing support.

Hello + Welcome!

I’m Elisa - wife, dog mom, Virgo, and creative marketing director of almost 10 years.

With so many moving pieces in marketing, it’s easy to fall into feeling like you have to be a content machine just to stay relevant online.

While I don’t disagree that it can feel overwhelming at times, I also feel strongly about focusing on what actually matters for your business and letting go of comparing yourself to others.

Over time, I’ve stepped away from the pressure to always be online, always doing more, and always trying to keep up. Through trial and error, I’ve learned that’s not what actually builds a business.

Before I started Aligned Marketing Studio, I was involved in just about every part of marketing—from content creation and social media to email campaigns, events, websites, and overall strategy.

You name it, I’ve done it.

The work I do now is about creating systems that work for you so your business can grow, and you can too!

It’s about creating experiences, mapping things out, and slowing things down enough to think clearly.

when you take care of yourself, your body & your mind is when success happens 🌱

a few of my favorite things

Clean Work Spaces

A workspace with a MacBook laptop, a candle labeled "Sandalwood" in a glass jar with a cork lid, a shell-shaped dish with gold jewelry, and an open book on a white surface.
Multiple devices displaying a website with a beige and white theme, featuring a dried palm leaf in a vase and text about supporting ambitious women.

There’s truly nothing better than working with a clean space + relaxing background music.

Minimalist Design + Soft Lighting

My go-to branding and design style is clean + minimal with just the right amount of detail.

Visuals

Person sitting on a gray and white patterned rug, cutting a photo with red scissors, with a corkboard displaying various printed photos and cutouts nearby.
A woman is taking a photo of another woman in a white dress at a social event, with a wine glass in her hand.

My brain thrives off being able to see all the content + visuals we’re working with.
