Organizing a Full Year of Marketing for a Growing Kitchen & Bath Business
Cyr Kitchen & Bath is a long-standing business built on referrals and strong name recognition, with a proven track record of working with homeowners on kitchen and bath remodels.
As they began investing more into marketing, their goal was to get in front of more of their ideal clients while modernizing their overall brand and strategy.
At the same time, the department manager was managing everything from homeowner meetings and project details to working with designers and going out on job site measures, while also trying to handle social media, email marketing, the website, and paid ads.
He needed someone to organize everything, take ownership of the marketing, and bring structure to it all so it could operate successfully.
The Strategy
We started by organizing what was already in place and building a clear direction for how their marketing would work together.
This included mapping out a full yearly marketing plan, refining their messaging, and introducing a light brand refresh to better align with their target customer.
From there, we supported the overall marketing strategy—overseeing paid advertising across Meta, Google, display, and streaming TV, while working alongside an agency to ensure everything stayed aligned.
We also focused on capturing real project content from job sites and building a content system that could be used across their website, ads, and social platforms.
The Goal
organize and refine what was already in place
modernize and elevate the brand to better align with their ideal customer
create a clear, structured marketing plan that flows month to month
build a content system that supports consistent growth across platforms
take marketing off the manager’s plate so it could run more efficiently
The Approach
Marketing Planning & Direction
We started by organizing everything that was already in place and building a clear, month-to-month plan.
mapped out a full yearly marketing plan
organized promotions, campaigns, and content ideas
created a month-to-month structure so content could be prepared in advance
Instead of trying to come up with ideas at the last minute, we created a plan that mapped everything out and gave the team clear direction.
Brand Refresh & Creative Direction
To better align with their target audience, we introduced a light brand refresh.
refined the overall look and feel of the brand
updated website design and messaging
aligned visuals across content and advertising
We didn’t want to take on a complete rebrand, we simply wanted to elevate the brand so it reflected the level of service they provide.

Content & Website
To support the strategy, we focused on capturing and organizing real content.
photographed before & after projects directly from job sites
built a content library for website, social, and ads
redesigned the website on Squarespace with updated structure and messaging
Instead of searching for content, everything was documented and ready to be used.
Paid Marketing & Growth Opportunities
We supported the overall marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
guided paid advertising across Meta, Google, display, and streaming TV
worked alongside an agency to keep messaging and creative aligned
identified and executed growth opportunities
Including:
Best of the 603 campaign (#1 Kitchen & Bath Store)
home makeover content
bathroom makeover contest
Everything was intentional and tied back to the overall strategy.
Systems & Organization
We implemented marketing systems and organization to support the business long-term.
organized marketing tasks and priorities
created clear workflows and responsibilities
streamlined communication and planning
We didn’t add more to the plate, but made what was already happening work better.
The Outcome
Cyr Kitchen and Bath reached #1 Kitchen and Bath store in the Best of the 603 campaign.
