cyr kitchen & bathFull Year of Marketing for a Growing Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Business
Cyr Kitchen & Bath, a long-standing business built on referrals and strong name recognition, had always done great work helping homeowners remodel their kitchen or bathroom.
But as leads started picking up and they started stepping into paid marketing, things began to feel overwhelming for their small project management team.
The goal was to get in front of more of their ideal clients and modernize their overall brand and marketing strategy.
At the same time, the department manager was juggling everything from homeowner meetings, handling project details, working closely with designers, going out on job site measures, and trying to keep up with social media, email marketing, website, and paid ads on top of it all.
He needed someone to organize everything, take ownership of the marketing, and bring structure to it all so it could operate successfully.
The Goal
The goal was to:
organize what the brand had already started + identify areas for improvement
refine and elevate the overall brand to better align with the customer they were trying to reach
modernize the look and feel of their marketing through a light brand refresh
build a content system that could consistently support growth across their website, ads, and social platforms
beforeafterThe Approach
seasonal planningWe started by putting together a list of all of their ideas:
current remodel projects
showroom initiatives
seasonal trends
content ideas
advertising opportunities
Month-to-Month Marketing Plan
marketing operationsOnce the plan was in place, we looked at:
where leads were coming from
what messaging was working
where there were gaps
From there, I guided the bigger picture:
managing paid ad strategy across Meta, Google, display, and streaming TV
working directly with an agency to ensure everything stayed aligned
identifying growth opportunities worth investing in
Including:
Best of the 603 campaign (which resulted in #1 Kitchen & Bath Store)
Home makeover contest
Bathroom makeover contest
hands-on supportTo support the strategy, we needed an improved content creation process.
We decided to:
redesign the website on Squarespace with updated messaging and structure
captured before & after project content directly from job sites
built a content library that could be used across:
website
social media
ads
Instead of scrambling for content, we created a system where everything had a place.
Alongside the strategy, we did a light brand refresh.
Not a full rebrand, no logo change. Just a more refined, modern look that aligned with their audience, price point, and the level of service they provide.
This carried through: website design, content style, ad creative.
As part of this, I helped shape the direction of their video content—planning the overall concept, guiding the messaging, and writing the voiceover to ensure everything felt consistent with the updated brand.
The promotional video reflects that shift.
The Brand Shift
The Outcome
Instead of unorganized efforts, Cyr Kitchen & Bath now has:
a clear yearly marketing plan
aligned messaging across platforms
a steady flow of content
running marketing that supports growth
And most importantly—the team is no longer trying to do everything themselves.
